Notice that a new measure group, Internet Sales 1, is created for the new measure. Because you specified Distinct Count for this measure, and because distinct count measures must be contained in a separate measure group, Analysis Services automatically created a new measure group. Distinct Measures require their own measure group to optimize processing performance.
